Lamesa school board members are holding a special meeting Tuesday to not only hire a new superintendent but also appoint an interim high school principal.The board is meeting at 6 p.m. in the district’s central office board room, located at 212 N. Houston Street.The board will go into executive session to discuss the new superintendent’s contract.
