ENDORSE – There has been a recreation center resurgence in the past month.Perhaps it’s the pizza parties, or added activities, or possibly a combination of things.At any rate, the participation and numbers are back up, according to Andrews County Youth Recreation Director Randy Rowe.Rowe presented a four-week attendance report during Tuesday’ commissioners court meeting.
