Joe Hines is scheduled to start his new job as Lamesa city manager on Monday, and Lamesa residents will have an opportunity Tuesday to get to know him.The Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation are hosting a reception for Hines and his wife, Karen, from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dal Paso Museum.Everyone is invited to attend.
