STANTON – The Odessa District of Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has scheduled a virtual public meeting regarding proposed improvements to Highway 176 in Andrews, Martin and Howard counties. The virtual public meeting is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m., Dec. 1, and will remain available for viewing through Dec. 17.
