SNYDER – Much of Development Corporation of Snyder’s (DCOS) mission is to entice companies to set up shop in Snyder, but the agency also is tasked with reinvesting in the community. Its board of directors is expected to vote later this month to establish a small business grant program to help local businesses grow.
