ANDREWS – Most of the roads involved with the county’s 2019 asphalt project experienced surface-related issues that will be repaired next summer. The commissioners court on Tuesday met with the project’s contractor about a warranty and fixing impacted roadways. Andrews County Judge Charlie Falcon said, following the meeting, that it’s not a case where roads from three precincts involved in the annual surfacing project are untravelable – they’re still open and being utilized – but remedial work is necessary.
