A second high-speed pursuit of a stolen vehicle by local law enforcement officers in less than three days ended without injuries or property damage here Sunday morning. The chase began in Lamesa about 7:30 a.m. and went through the southern and western parts of the county before ending about 30 minutes later only a short distance from where it began.
