ANDREWS – The dreaded Chinese seeds have apparently made their way to Andrews, according to an Andrew County Soil and Water Conservation District Board member. But the manila envelope containing mystery seeds whic was received by a local resident Monday (July 27) was sen from a Hungarian address. The envelope contained similar contents to the many unsolicited packages of seeds sent to locations around the United States from China and other countries A news report stated that nearly 200 Texans have receiv such packages in recent weeks.
