O’Donnell Independent School District board members last week set in motion the spring election for two openings on the board. The board ordered the school trustee election for May 1. Positions currently occupied by OISD Board President Mandy Stedham and trustee Trevor Halfmann are on the ballot. No one has filed for those positions. Candidates have until Feb. 12 to file the necessary paperwork in the school administration office to secure a place on the ballot.
