No matter the outcome of O’Donnell High School’s homecoming game this Friday, the town is still going to celebrate on Saturday as it decks out for the 32nd annual Cotton Festival. “It’s the homecoming weekend. A lot of ex-students come into town, hang out and visit,” said Stephanie Moore, one of the event planners. “It just a group of us who put it together and do it.
