For movie lovers hoping to have a choice of two first run films at Movieland Theater, don’t be surprised when that’s notched down to only one selection.There will only a one screen available at Movieland Theater starting Friday.The theater shows movies on two screens. One of those auditoriums will be closed while undergoing $189,000 in renovations.Screen number two, now showing “ Gran Turismo,” will be out of commission for about two weeks as the auditorium facilities get a touch-up.“We hope to re-open (screening room two) again on Sept. 22,” said Movieland Theater Manager Mike Roy.“Number one will still be open.
