ANDREWS – When it comes to school board service, not many - if any - could come close to matching the longevity of Dr. Charles Mohr. Mohr, who attended his final board meeting April 13, has served as a school trustee for over two decades. He served a whopping eight terms on the Andrews Independent School District (AISD) board.
