Stepping back in time, nine contestants seeking top honors in the first annual Miss Cherry Pop Pageant came to the 1950’s themed party Saturday afternoon dressed in a pink poodle skirt, a black motorcycle jacket, stylish sunglasses and the hairstyles from days long gone by.The first pageant, conducted in the Courtyard, also came on the heels of the 9th annual Springtime Shine Car Show and Cruise held on the courthouse square.
