Middleton steps off water district board

The Mesa Underground Water Conservation District is seeing another change in its board of directors.After two longtime members stepped down recently at the end of their terms, another resigned from the board this past week.Blaine Middleton, who has served on the board for almost ten and a half years, announced at Wednesday’s monthly meeting that he would be resigning from that position.He later submitted a formal letter of resignation to District Manager Jacob Hernandez.Hernandez said Middleton voiced appreciation for the opportunity to serve on the board and said he believes the district is in great shape.Middleton has held the at-large ...
