Friends have established a special medical account to assist with expenses being incurred by local resident Herrel Hallmark. Hallmark remains hospitalized in Lubbock after suffering a head injury in a fall here on July 6. Although Hallmark does have health insurance through his position as editor of the Lamesa Press-Reporter, donations will be used to assist with uncovered expenses.
