Although the project reportedly is continuing to move forward, a company planning to develop a $20-millon modular home manufacturing facility has provided notice it is terminating an economic development pact with Lamesa. Acceptance of the termination notice from Tatum Tek Lamesa LLC will be considered Monday by the board of the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation during its regular joint meeting with the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP) board.
