SNYDER– Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced March 2 that the statewide mask mandate will end this Wednesday and all businesses may then operate at full capacity. The Scurry County commissioners court will make a decision about whether to continue to require face masks and other COVID-19 precautions at county facilities on March 16. “After reviewing the order, the decision as to how to proceed with masks, temperature checks, etc. will be put before commissioners court at our next scheduled meeting.
