Dawson County Hospital District (DCHD) board members got the ball rolling Tuesday in a new search for companies to build an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) facility on hospital grounds.The board agreed on the specifics in advertising a request for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from construction companies in the area.It is common for governmental entities to require companies to submit RFQs before bidding for construction jobs.
