After selecting a construction firm to build a new Emergency Medical Services (EMS) facility on hospital grounds, Dawson County Hospital District (DCHS) now have to get to work on notching the numbers down to fit their $1.5 million budget.The board unanimously voted Tuesday to choose OPREX Commercial Construction of Lubbock as the company to work on the building project.
