ANDREWS – The state’s third mobile virus testing site in Andrews—staged Wednesday at the fire station—had fewer takers than the first two. That’s perhaps a good sign concerning the virus situation as it stands now in Andrews County and other parts of Texas. Based on confirmed case numbers over the past few weeks, it appears COVID-19 has quieted some compared to a surge in July and early August.
