TAHOKA – “If you build it, they will come,” an iconic phrase from a popular baseball film released in 1989 entitled “Field of Dreams,” could be the slogan for Tahoka Independent School District’s (TISD) new sports complex. Local citizens have watched the progression of construction for the new gymnasium, softball and baseball fields, and field house and football practice field that has been underway since early last year, and are eager to see the completion of the complex.
