When Kisa Stevens isn’t working days as an admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) facilitator for Lamesa school district’s special education students, she’s working two nights a week teaching youngsters the art of tumbling.Her tumblers plan to bring their talents before an audience attending the 12th annual Chicken Fried Steak Festival.
