The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) has chosen Lamesa’s North Elementary School fourth grade as a testing site for its national benchmark test next Thursday, Feb. 7. The NAEP selects multiple schools across the nation every year to test students, glean overall student average scores and to set national standards for learning.
