Ten households with 22 children have already signed up to receive Christmas gifts from the 2023 Lights of Love campaign.The campaign aims at collecting new and unwrapped Christmas toys and clothing for Dawson County children.Parents or guardians of Dawson County children have until Dec. 4 to complete an application at West Texas Opportunities (WTO) requesting assistance with Christmas gifts.To begin the process, the parent or legal guardian must call the WTO office at (806) 872-8354 and make an appointment in order to fill out an application.
