Lack of a quorum of board members for both the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP) prevented a joint meeting of the two boards from taking place Monday evening.Scott Leonard and Bob Henderson were the only two board members present.
