Local economic development officials agreed Tuesday to sell some property here and to contract with a national agency to help in recruitment of new businesses to Lamesa.Those actions came during a joint meeting of the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP) boards of directors.After previously postpoining a vote on the deal, LEDC board members agreed to sell a building and property at 1211 Co.
