The One Guy From Italy restaurant slated to be built on the west side of the downtown square will receive $30,689 in assistance from the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP).That assistance will come in the form of a facade improvement grant approved Tuesday evening during a joint meeting of directors of LEAP and the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC).The grant will pay 75 percent of the estimated cost of $40,919 for construction of the front of the new restaurant building planned by Cody Sandlin.It will be the first project receiving a 75-percent facade improvement grant from LEAP, said Lee Peterson,
