The Lamesa Community Players (LCP) are putting on another one of their festive performances.They are staging “ A Dickens Christmas Carol: A Traveling Travesty in Two Tumultuous Acts” written by Mark Landon Smith, and directed by LCP veterans Zach and Rebekah Leonard.Show dates are at 7 p.m., Dec. 7-9, and Dec. 15-16 with a Sunday matinee performance scheduled at 2 p.m., Dec. 17.The play centers around the Styckes-Upon-Thump Repertory Company performing their farewell tour of Charles Dickens’ holiday classic, “ A Christmas Carol,” a play they’ve been performing for the last 15 years.
