The Lamesa Community Players awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, March 23, at 7 p.m., at K-Bob’s Steakhouse. All family, friends, and members of LCP are welcome to attend the “Dutch treat” casual affair. The 2018 LCP productions were “Blythe Spirit,” “Greater Tuna,” “Double-wide, TX,” and “Dashing Through the Snow.” Winners in the following categories will be named: Best Actor; Best Actress; Best Supporting Actor; Best Supporting Actress; Female Rookie of the Year; and Male Rookie of the Year.
