TAHOKA – Lynn County Healthcare System’s (LCH) quest for funding through a United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) loan for a $20 million hospital renovation and an addition of a nursing home was only partially approved, according to a recent letter from USDA to Melanie Richburg, LCH chief executive officer.The loan application process has been underway for months, with extensive analysis and reports submitted with the application.
