A Lamesa resident lost his life to a motorcycle accident early Tuesday evening.Roy Lawrence Dickerman, 63, was involved in the crash on FM 829 about five miles north of Patricia. The accident happened around 6:34 p.m.He was traveling northbound on a 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he failed to navigate the roadway’s “S” curve, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety’s preliminary accident report.Dickerman’s motorcycle veered into the roadway’s west barrow ditch.
