Klondike school board members took action during their regular meeting Monday to move forward with the planned purchase of additional land adjoining the school.The board authorized Superintendent Steve McLaren, in consultation with the board president, to file documents and take any action needed to finalize the purchase of about five acres of land on the east side of the current school campus.Board members last month voted to purchase the property from the Foster family for future development as needed.
