Klondike school district board members extended the school principal’s contract during their Feb. 8 meeting, and discussed several construction projects.“It was a quick board meeting,” said School Superintendent Steve McLaren.Board members agreed to extend School Principal Danielle Therwhanger’s contract for another year, and give her a three-percent raise.Therwhanger has been school principal for six years.
