Klondike school board members on Thursday agreed to hire the Amarillo firm of Shiver-Megert & Associates as architects for a possible project to improve various school facilities. The action came after board members interviewed representatives with three different architectural firms during a special called meeting lasting about two and a half hours. According to their website, Shiver-Megert & Associates has worked on a number of school projects across this area and the Texas panhandle.
