Less than a week after a fire gutted the back of K-Bob’s steakhouse during the early morning hours of Nov. 14, the doors are locked, yellow “Do Not Cross” tape surrounds burnt electrical equipment, and four large trailers sit in the parking lot. The tables and chairs, which once graced a newly installed wooden covered patio, are gone. “We’re going to rebuild it.
