ANDREWS – Operation Blessing’s annual Christmas Food and Toy distribution provides a vital service to the community on different levels.Without it, the needs of many families wouldn’t be met during the holiday season.They wouldn’t celebrate Christmas with as much food on the table. Additionally, the children wouldn’t open as many gifts.“It’s a blessing to be able to do it and meet their needs for Christmas,” Operation Blessing Board President Mary Jane Baeza said.The organization’s annual distribution occurred Dec. 16 outside the James Roberts Center.
