Dawson County Hospital District board members are returning to the table Tuesday to hash out a preliminary tax rate that twice failed to win approval this past week. The meeting at 5 p.m. offers board members another chance to agree on a final number. They will meet in the Medical Arts Hospital board room at 2200 N.
