Dawson County Hospital District (DCHD) board members are finishing up the final business on the tax rate during a special meeting at 5 p.m., Tuesday meeting in the Medical Arts Hospital’s conference room at 2200 N. Bryan Ave. The board voted last week to keep the new tax rate the same as the current rate of 40.5028 cents per $100 valuation. During Tuesday’s meet ing, board members will adopt the 2021 tax rate for Debt Service, Maintenance and Operations (M&O), and the total tax rate.
