About a year after taking over as chief executive offi cer (CEO) for Medical Arts Hospital, Dawson County Hospital District board members will review Freddy Olivarez’ job performance during their regular meeting this afternoon.The meeting begins at 5 p.m. in the hospital’s community room at 2200 N.
