Four Dawson County Hospital District (DCHD) board members were at a standstill Tuesday on a proposed tax rate for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. Two wanted to increase the tax rate to prepare for a potential second wave of COVID-19 cases while two others wanted to keep it at its current rate.
