After several delays and the rebidding of the job, construction work should start within two or three weeks for renovation of the restrooms in the county-owned building that houses Howard College. The Dawson County Commissioners Court accepted a bid proposal of $77,480.04 from Addison Custom Builders, Inc. on Tuesday afternoon for the restroom project.
