Cost projections for a proposed new gymnasium at Lamesa High School’s and an elevator to a press box at Tornado Stadium are now running a little over $1 million more than projected estimates. That was the news Lamesa school board members heard Feb. 18 when reviewing updates on the school district’s renovation and construction projects.
