The Golden Jubilee, bringing with it a mass reunion of Lamesa High School (LHS) alumni to town, may be 19-months away but organizers are already planning for it.The school reunion is traditionally scheduled during the July 4th weekend every five years. It was last held in 2015. It was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, though a handful of alumni held a Mini-Jubilee in 2021 for graduates of the classes of 1959-1961.The next Jubilee will be held July 4-6, 2025 starting with registration and visitation at the high school.“This is for anybody who went to school here.
