Philip Mack Furlow, district attorney for the 106th Judicial District of Texas, has been elected as chair of the Criminal Justice Section of the State Bar of Texas.The Criminal Justice Section is made up of 3,000 criminal practitioners, which includes prosecutors, defense attorneys and judges across the state.
