Eleven Klondike High School seniors will be ending more than a decade of public schooling when they receive their diplomas in a 7 p.m., Friday commencement in the school auditorium. Klondike High School’s valedictorian is Brenda Friesen. Kylar Pepper is the graduating class’ salutatorian. Brenda is the daughter of Albert and Anna Freisen. She plans to attend South Plains College and major in radiology. Brenda participated in volleyball, basketball, track, FFA, and student council. She was a member of National Honor Society.
