A heavily attended church function and bad weather may be the blame for the lack of students showing up for the first week of English as a Second Language (ESL) classes.The classes by the Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC) haven’t been conducted since the pandemic two years ago.The courses are being offered from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at the CWJC building at 1013 N 2nd Street.No students appeared for Tuesday’s class.
