Flags will be flying at various locations around Lamesa and at the Dawson County Cemetery on Monday for the national observance of Memorial Day. Members of the Lamesa Kiwanis Club will be setting out large U.S. flags along major highways through town and at other strategic locations in the city in memory of those who gave in military service to their country.
