Flags will be flying here Sunday in remembrance of the terrorist attacks on the United States 21 years ago.As part of its Lamesa Red, White and Blue program, the Lamesa Service Club will be placing United States flags at various locations on the main highway routes through town and around the downtown courthouse square.
