Residents apparently were very, very good when it came to celebrating Fourth of July with private shows of pyrotechnics.That was what Lamesa Fire Department Chief Larry Duyck reported to city council members Tuesday.“This is one of our better years than we’ve had,” Duyck said. “It was relatively quiet.
