TAHOKA – Wilson area farmers, along with their hands and farm equipment, joined forces Monday morning to complete a community harvest-cotton picking for the family of long-time Wilson area farmer, James Nolte.Nolte passed away back on Nov. 1 in a tragic farming accident as he was harvesting his crop, leaving his harvest incomplete.At least nine tractors, and several strippers and boll buggies, were involved in the harvest, to lend a helping hand to the family.– From the Lynn County News ...
